Renovation & Construction

Q.
Can I remain in the house during the renovation process?.
A.
This is a varying response and depends entirely on the scope and extent of the works being undertaken. Medium to larger scale projects where a kitchen and bathrooms are being completely redone then it is not possible for homeowners to live within the property.
However, if home additions or a singular bathroom is being renovated then it is possible. It is very much a case by case evaluation.

Home Walkthroughs

Q.
How do your services differ from a home inspection?
A.
When we conduct a home walkthrough either for buying or selling, we address from a design and constructability stand point the implications and costs required in doing any renovations, or upgrades. There are occasions where in doing so, there may be similar or overlapping information provided by a home inspector.
